Kitchen Manager L'Atelier Windsor (m/f/d)
The group Bon Appétit is looking for a KITCHEN MANAGER (M/F/D) to strengthen its team at the restaurant L'Atelier Windsor, located at Place de l'Étoile in Luxembourg, renowned for its culinary excellence. Start date : To be agreed upon What we offer: Permanent contract 40 hours per week with flexible working hours on 5 days Compensation based on your professional experience The opinion of the Michelin Guide: “Escoffier. Work in harmony with the kitchen team , ensuring excellent communication and collaboration. Strictly follow technical sheets and production processes , ensuring precision in the dishes and maintaining their quality. Ensure consistent quality of the products prepared, supervising mise en place and preparations. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards , and maintain cleanliness of workspaces. Actively participate in stock and supply management , ensuring the necessary products are always available. Train and guide the team of commis and chefs de partie, sharing your knowledge and developing their skills. Help create new dishes or innovate menus while maintaining the restaurant's standards. Contribute to achieving quality and cost objectives , ensuring customer satisfaction. Your Strengths: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Passion for cooking , mastery of advanced culinary techniques, and a keen sense of dish presentation. Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards . Precision, organization, and creativity are essential qualities for this position. Ability to lead and motivate a team , while remaining a true role model for your colleagues.
